On Monday I have sleepless night thinking about a stupid mistake I have made.
It never occurred to me that one of the subcon's personnel might not be suitable for my company nature of work. It would be better to offer him a desk bound viewing his inconvienice. This never cross my mind when the program manager introduced him to me!
So ended up, on monday, I spoke to his mentor and program manager. All feel we should ask his opinion and comfort level. And hence, he too feels about diffcult in carry out the job should we need him to conduct testing. Therefore, I had his replaced by another of his collegue. I feel bad about his suitation and hope that he does not feel and discrimination about it. Last but not the least, all the best in his new job.
Hope that all of us would have chemistry and get to work on well together just like the last team I had.
I have been eating a few times in NTU canteen already since I came here on the 1st Aug.
I was told there are about 13 canteen in the whole campus.
To-date I only visited these:
1) food court near the north spine (used to be known as canteen 1)
2) Hall 14 canteen - which offer korean food
3) Hall 2 canteen - ate western food there
4) Hall 1 canteen - fish slices porridge
6) Executive Cafe - Resturant standard also cause a BIG hole in my pocket. My previous project teams members all travelled down to lunch together. So nice to see the good old teammates.
7) Bioscience faculty canteen - this is a NEW canteen which during my time do not even exist! Build is new too! See how long I have left school :P Had chicken chop when ate there... not too bad, in fact i think better than canteen 2 one. Of coz' $1 more expensive too.
8) Hall 15 canteen - here got sell north indian cruisine, however, i do not dare to try it even though smell nice as I do not see any samples in the dinning area. I would loke to try the nann and the tandori chicken. Ended up ate the least creative food - chicken rice. Urghh!
I think it would take me quite some time to finish all the canteen within the campus.

haha... please do not be mistaken. I am not back in school to study.
In fact I am back to work here. My company has rent a workshop here to place one of our project. And since I am working on this project, no choice need to come here as well.
It has been 5 days since I am here. Every morning is a challegne to get out of the bed. Once I am able to see a beautiful sun rise while waiting for the bus.

The views are so beautiful. It is just like what I read in those chinese novels the guy having an office in the highest level viewing the whole city. Dreaming of having such as work place.
Late morning, I made a very stupid mistake!
That resulted in a re-work.
I am so sorry to my friend for the trouble I have caused.
So now I need to be extra careful when I write. :P
Today we have a meet up with JC frens. All gals present except for one in US. :)
Have a mini-party with some food prepared. The kids had their swim, played in the playground, gym and fish feeding. It was fun feeding the fishes in the pond with bread.
Meimay is going to Dubai to work early next month, hence a gathering was initated.
All the best to her. Wonder when will be the next time I see her. She is even planning to shift her bed there! My goodness, shifting within S'pore was a tough job already to me!
