Do you know somthing your fren here woke up at 0630am to make breakfast! ON right?
I made muffins this morning..so you can imagine, my family woke up with the smell of muffins filled house. So nice and tempting right?
Anyway, it is a premix :P So just add water, stirred the mixture, pour into the cups and off into the oven. Simple right?

To tempt u, here is it:

Do your have any secret that is within you that you never let anyone knows about it?
I think when we are young, some of us might have some crushes on someone but had never let the person know. Well come to think of it, do you regret not telling?!?
Think you should let other party knows, maybe might turn out well...at least you have tried right? Now it can only be keep within your heart and as a childhood memories.

To someone I know, thankyou for your friendship and a passer-by of my life even though you are never my choice. I really appreciate it and hope whatever you are doing you are doing it well and happy. I am not sure if we would to meet again in life.

不能说的秘密
flash

Heard this song over the radio. It was so meaningful and touchy. Wonder who would sing to me. I used to this feeling years back and wonder when would I have this same feeling again which makes my heart beats faster!

--------------
LOST IN YOUR EYES (Debbie Gibson)

I get lost, in your eyes
And I feel my spirits rise
And soar like the wind
Is it love that I am in?
I get weak in a glance
Isn't this what's called romance?
And that's what I know
Cause when I'm lost
I can't let go

(Chorus)
I don't mind
Not knowing what I'm headed for
You can take me to the skies
It's like being lost in heaven
When (and) I'm lost in your eyes

I just felt
Don't know why
Something is there
We can't deny
Ooh, when I first knew
Was when I first looked at you
And if I
Can't find my way
If salvation
Seems miles away
Oh, I'll be found
When I'm lost in your eyes

(Repeat Chorus)

I get weak in a glance
Isn't this what's called romance
Oh, I'll be found
When I am lost
In your eyes.

Finally after so long I made my snowskin mooncakes again.
Here is it for your viewing:

I use 1/2 the recipe and it yields 10 big ones.
All done within 2 hours. Including dough rest time of 30-50 mins.
Very happy waiting for it to be chill so that i can cut to eat it :P

Wondering how much exercise do I need to in order not to put on any weight after the mooncakes intake. Any advise?

Hi Hi,

Happy BELATED National Brithday!
Have not been blogging for quite sometime :P
Anyway, this week I had been to the zoo and sentosa with my family.
Never did I realise that our place of interest is that "interesting" with HIGH living expenses. If not for the complementary entrance tickets to the two places I would not even bring my son there!

Take zoo for an example:
Entrance fees (admission only):
Adult S$16.50
Child S$8.50
All prices include 7% GST

Parking charges:
Car/saloon S$3.90
Lorry/Van S$4.90

Tram & Train (unlimited rides for both weekdays & weekends):
The tram ride covers 2.2km with three stopovers.
Adult S$5.00
Child (3-12 years old) S$2.50

Take a family of mine 2 adults + 1 kid.
We would need -
Entrance fee: (16.50 *2) + 8.5 = 41.5
Parking : 3.9
Tram : (5*2) + 2.5 = 12.5
Total Basic expenses would be 41.5 + 3.9 + 12.5 = 57.9

Can you imagine the kind of $$$ spending there for 1 day in the zoo?!?
I would feel very heartache just to bring my son there to see those animals which he does not fancy that much as compared to my collegue's girls.

Anyway, for senotsa we are there just to go to the beach and play there for 1-2 hrs. Thereafter to the Vivo City to shop. It is for the 1st time 1 built small sandcastle like with my son. Anyway, he is a hygience freak that does not like sands to stick to his feet since young. Finally managed to convince him that all other children are doing likewise there baring their feets walking on the sand,

- Then take free shuttle service back to JinTan mrt station and to Taipei Main mrt station to avoid walking to Hotel73 from CKS Memorial Hall mrt station. (Bad decision, as we need to walk as much to the main road, ended up took cab as no one knows what bus no goes to Hotel73 area – thought of doing reverse engineering instead as bus no 22 does travel from Hotel73 to Taipei Main mrt station area according to the hotel73 staff) @ NT85

Day 3 – SATURDAY

- Check out of Hotel (Hotel73), bring luggage to CityInn took cab there NT105.

- Being Kaisu, typical Singaporean, we woke up early at 4am to go and buy tickets! Managed to get hold of 5 seated tickets…Yeah! All streets are quite and cooling when we are out also saw people sleeping around on the floor in the underpass as well as the train station.

Day 4 – SUNDAY
Taipei – Hualian: Tarako National Park, Qi Xin Tan, Fisherman’s Wharf, Cultural Show

- Not enough cash, so Mr Chen sent us to their “money changer” which is a jewellery store! (You can guess how good their ex rate can be)
- Had lunch as a restaurant where Ah Bian also had his (Just like a normal coffee shop with only 1 stall)
- Toured the Tarakp Nation Park (need to mentioned that we had been to this Qi Lai Shan as we had walked across the wood bridge, I am so scared as I walked – Joel as usual happy and want to run on it. This wooden bridge can only hold 8 persons on it at any one time!)
- Went to the Qi Xin Tan (seaside) to have a look.
- Mr Chen brought us to HuaLian Fisherman’s wharf to ate Sashimi and Salmon (rather fresh), fishballs.
- Dad brought some cuttlefish (rather expensive NT330 for 2 small pack) and pineapples (very sweet) there.
- Mr Chen recommended us to eat the Pa Gu Mee, which is of no interest to us as their Pork smell is too strong for us. So he recommended us to eat their version of Shan Ji (mountain chicken) as the chicken in Singapore is too soft. Hence, he brought us to their market to buy their cooked “mountain chicken” @ NT250. We too brought their corn which is purple in colour! The people in HuaLian are allowed to bring food along to dine at the restaurant or eating place one. Funny culture.
- Reach Stone Misu, Joel very happy running round with the dog and trying to catch fishes in the pond using the net. Luckily we stopped him in-time when we saw it as he might fall into the pond while catching the koi in the pond.
- Left misu with auntie to go for dinner at the quite nice look restaurant – dunno what chao“炒 “ . The dinner portion there is amazing a lot! We ordered 3 dishes and plus the mountain chicken hardly able to finish the dishes. Total cost for 3 dishes is only @NT320!

- After alighting from the train at the Ruifang Station, you can walk in the direction to Mingdeng Road (in front of the station) around 2 minutes. Cross the road, there you can take the bus of Keelung Bus Ltd. to Jioufen and Jin-gua-shi. @NT22 per person.(Didn’t go to Jin Gua Shi as it was closed on Monday) Alight at the stop where the bus drive announce Jioufen (alot of people alighted there at the 7/11) There you can have a view of the area to downhill (there is a viewing gallery).
- Shopped the old street and then walked down the steps is in Jioufen

Day 6 - TUESDAY
WuLai Village, Long Shan Temple
- Took MRT to Xindian Station, then take the Sindian Bus to Wulai @ NT 40 per person.
- Walked towards the old street and then to the WuLai public spring and the train station. However, the train was under service (Joel was so disappointed) ended up we didn’t get to see the culture dance show, waterfall, cable car and get to the lover’s bridge as well. It was like 6km away the water fall and the taxi is charging like NT200 for a car per way!
- Instead we spent some time in the WuLai public hot spring. It was indeed HOT, none of us are brave enough to get it. Instead we just soak our feet in the warm water. Some area the water got smoke come out of it!
- Ate KFC around the Xindian station. Finally 1st time it was raining in Taipei and we are caught in the rain :P
